Exploring Our Backyard: Tahoe Trifecta

Exploring Our Backyard: Tahoe Trifecta

How many places in the world can you ski, wake surf & golf all in one day?! Well, for those of us lucky enough to call Northern Nevada/California home, it's something that can not only be done, but in JULY!

This past Saturday, I invited Ryan Kern, Julian Del Gaudio, and a few other friends to attempt the "Tahoe Trifecta".

We began the day at Squaw Valley, which held a three-day party on the slopes for the 4th of July weekend dubbed "Freedom Fest". After a few hours on the slopes, we moved down to Lake Tahoe where we jumped on a boat and went wake surfing. And if that wasn't enough, we finished with a sunset golf session at the Mountain Course of Incline Village.

Want to give it a try for yourself? You still have time. Squaw recently announced they will be staying open at least through this upcoming Saturday, July 8th and each Saturday thereafter as conditions allow.

One-day tickets are $69 for adults and as low as $39 for children.

The Mountain Course of Incline Village is the highest elevation golf course in the State of Nevada and the Tahoe Basin. The 18-hole course is one of the most affordable around Lake Tahoe with prices ranging from $35-70 depending on season and time of day.
