On the heels of a one-win season, Carl LaGrone's squad is focused on improving in 2017.

McQueen

With 27 seniors and eight starters coming back this fall, the Lancers, who finished 3-7 a year ago, are primed to turn the tides this season.

North Valleys

The Panthers, who went 0-9 last season, are eager to prove that 2017 will be a turnaround season.
