FRESNO, Calif. —
Five Nevada players scored in double figures as the Pack defeated Fresno State 80-65 on Wednesday night in the Pack's Mountain West opener.
Kendall Stephens led Nevada with 19 points, but Caleb Martin wasn't far behind with 18. Caleb Martin also had a double-double with 10 rebounds and went 9-of-10 from the charity stripe. Rounding out the five players in doubles figures were Jordan Caroline (13), Lindsey Drew (13), and Cody Martin (10).
The Pack led for the entirety of the contest and never let Fresno State get closer than five points in the second half. The Pack used a 15-3 run beginning at 17:20 in the second to create separation and Fresno State would never threaten after that.
