Reno Police ID victim killed in Grove St. shooting
RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) —
The man killed in a shooting reported late Tuesday night has been identified as 31-year-old Patrick McDaniel, according to Reno Police.
Sgt. KC Myers said in a statement that officers responded to a report of shots fired at about 11:50 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6, in the 100 block of E. Grove Street.
Police found McDaniel, who was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead.
Authorities had been looking for the victim's car, a 1995 Honda Accord, but that was recovered as of Thursday afternoon, according to Myers. No additional information has been provided regarding the suspects in the case.
