Police investigate shooting near Sullivan and Greenbrae in Sparks
SPARKS, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) —
The Sparks Police Department Detective Division is investigating a shooting that occurred in the 2200 block of Greenbrae Drive on Monday, May 14.
According to Sparks Police, officers responded to a 911 call about 11:41 p.m. of report of a shooting which left an occupant of a black Lincoln Towncar with a gunshot wound.
Officers on the scene provided emergency medical aid until REMSA arrived and transported the occupant to Renown Medical Center.
Responding officers learned there was a verbal disturbance between two parties when gunfire erupted.
The occupants of the Lincoln traveled to the Wells Fargo Bank located a block away from the initial scene when the phone call for help was made.
