Transportation officials are advising drivers to expect delays next week as crews re-stripe a Lake Tahoe highway.

NDOT spokeswoman Meg Ragonese said crews will be working on State Route 28 starting Monday, April 24, through Thursday, April 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The operation is set to begin at the Highway 28/U.S. 50 Spooner junction and move west toward the state line.

Drivers can expect reduced speed limits and delays of up to 30 minutes. The schedule could change due to weather or other factors, Ragonese said.
