LEX Nightclub offers refunds after Chris Brown's event
RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) —
Officials with LEX Nightclub in the Grand Sierra Resort say the nightclub is offering refunds after attendees were disappointed and confused about Chris Brown's scheduled appearance on Friday, Mar. 17.
The club released the following statement on Monday, Mar. 20.
Since opening almost three years ago, LEX Nightclub has been committed to bringing the top names in entertainment -from world-renowned DJs and performers to celebrity hosts - to northern Nevada. Frequently, our celebrity hosts go above and beyond their roles and take to the stage to entertain our guests. While Chris Brown did host an amazing party, we understand that many of our guests were left hoping for more. While these circumstances were out of our control, we apologize on behalf of the entire LEX team to any guest who was disappointed by their experience. To express our apologies for the situation, we are offering general admission refunds to guests, at their request. Refunds can be obtained from firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of the event.
Guests have 5 days to request a refund and can do so by emailing email@example.com
To show appreciation in light of the confusion surrounding Chris Brown's appearance, LEX has established a complimentary guest list for French Montana on Mar. 24.
All Chris Brown ticket holders can be added to the guest list by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Officials say that French Montana will preform at least three songs at his performance.
