A T. Rex named Sue makes a stop in Reno
RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) —
A T. rex named Sue is setting up a temporary residency at The Discovery.
The dinosaur was first discovered in South Dakota in 1990.
Sue stands at 12 feet tall, is 42 feet long and weighs 3,500 pounds. While the actual bones of the Tyrannosaurus rex are at the Field Museum in Chicago, a replica of the dinosaur travels across the country.
Sue can be found at The Discovery from now until January 2018.
