Mammovan to make stops this month around Reno
RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) —
The Mammovan is coming to Northern Nevada starting this Friday to provide mammograms for local women.
Nevada Health Centers announced the Mammovan would start in Reno on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 13 and 14, at Little Flower Church on Plumb Lane.
It will then head to the downtown city plaza on Sunday, Oct. 15, for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
On Wednesday, Oct. 18, it will be at the Reno-Sparks Tribal Health Clinic on Kuenzli Street, followed by Northern Nevada HOPES on Thursday, Oct. 19, then Community Health Alliance on Friday, Oct. 20.
Appointments are required, with prospective patients asked to call at (877) 581-6266.
