GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Iconic media mogul Oprah Winfrey made a stop in West Michigan Wednesday.

Newschannel 3 has learned that she made a stop at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum, in Grand Rapids, to interview West Michigan U.S. Representative Justin Amash.

Rep. Amash will be part of an upcoming story Winfrey is putting together for 60 Minutes.

There was no mention of the meeting or interview on either participant's social media channels, but several people in the area made mention of her presence.

An air-date for the story hasn't been announced, but we will let you know as soon as we learn more.
