RENO -- The SPCA of Northern Nevada (SPCA) presents a
workshop for dogs, cats, horses and other animals with famed local pet
psychic Terri Jay.

Workshop will be held on Sunday, August 18,
2013, from 9 am-4 pm at the SPCA Stanley James Walker Pet Care &
Adoption Center, 4950 Spectrum Blvd. Cost is $99 for one ticket and $179
for two tickets, and lunch will be provided. A copy of Terri’s book is
included in registration. Participants will be provided with an e-book
upon registering to prepare for the workshop. Space is limited and
raffle prizes will be available. A portion of the proceeds will be
donated to the SPCA.

If you have pets, you may have wondered if
they know what you are thinking. Your cat hides when you start planning a
trip to the vet or your dog becomes thrilled when you put on shoes
anticipating a walk. Both of these events can have logical explanations.
Your cat might have heard you pull the carrier off the shelf; your dog
must have seen you walk to the closet.

Pet psychics, also known as
animal intuitives or animal communicators, explain these events
differently. You communicate with your pets telepathically all the time,
without even knowing it. Your cat hides and your dog gets ready for a
walk because of signals you send with your mind, not because of your
actions.

Pet psychics claim that they can take this one step
further. They intentionally use their minds to talk to animals. They
talk to pet owners, whom they often refer to as human companions, by
phone or in person. They then relay telepathic messages to and from
pets. The pets don't even have to be present -- often, psychics use
photographs or descriptions to make contact.

Learn how to develop
your psychic abilities and be able to communicate with pets who have
passed. Find out what your companion animal is thinking by learning how
to listen. Terri will show students specific techniques to take home and
practice and use as well as teach you how to listen to your own
intuition. Assist your pet to live a long, happy, and healthy life!
